Where We Started
Cipher HR evolved from Odin’s Tree Consulting, founded to serve startups and small businesses who needed strategic HR guidance without the enterprise price tag.
As we grew, so did our expertise. We expanded into federal contracting, adding deep knowledge of security clearances, government compliance, and the unique challenges of cleared workforce management. We built partnerships with technology providers like HaystackFed to bring cutting-edge solutions to our clients.
The name changed, but our mission stayed the same: Build HR systems that enable growth.
Today, Cipher HR LLC serves both high-growth startups and federal contractors, bringing the best practices from both worlds to every client we serve.
